If you have selected an upgrade package which includes a photograph, a professionally taken 6x9 print will be included. If you wish to upgrade to a frame, this will incur an on-the-night fee of £20; alternatively, you can purchase a photo frame upgrade in advance.

Refunds:
A full refund will only be issued if the event is cancelled. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or re-sold. The refunds are generally delivered within 7-21 business days.If the event is postponed, we will contact you via phone or email with the information regarding the changes in the time, venue, date, and more. The tickets are valid for the new event date.
